About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles. You'll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and talent pools
• Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications
• Provide expert advice to support informed hiring decisions
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and time-to-hire
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within recruitment systems

About You & What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and hiring
• Confidence providing guidance and influencing hiring decisions
• Experience in disability services or high-volume recruitment
• Experience working within a large or complex organisation
